what can i do to my Kitchen cupboard doors, Decorating wise?

Hi, i rent a house and i’m looking for a cheap way to change the colour of my kitchen unit doors they are green at the moment, by the looks of it they are covered in something like laminate, they not oak or solid.

you can get these stick on stuff rools[half the size of wallpaper]and stick them on your cuboards and units.my kitchen was white,4 rolls and 10 pound later,my kitchen now looks black marble.like a new kitchen.hope this helps
