What’s the interior difference between an Airbus A330 and a Boeing?

I’m flying out of Brazil with TAM in an Airbus A330. Inside, is this the wider one with 3 rows of seats (2 seats–isle–4?seats–isle–2 seats) or is it thin with one isle and three crowded seats on each side?

A330 has 2 aisles. seat config of 2-4-2 in economy/coach seating.

Boeing 767 is its closest equivalent. The 767 also has 2 aisles, seating plans of 2-3-2 in coach.

both aircraft are nearly equally old. depending on airline, and which model of the 767 or 330 they fly, the interior may look older and dirtier. In flight entertainment depends on the airline but big airlines have equipped them.
the A330s is quieter than 767s. this is the only difference that should preoccupy you as a passenger.
other things include fly by wire flight controls for the A330. its a system which replaces the traditional cable&pulley flight control system to save weight among other things. both are equally safe.

Boeing 737 and 727(out of service in most airlines) also.
Boeing 777 is bigger and more efficient, comparable to the A340 with seating config of 3-3-3 (2 aisles)
A340 has seating config typically of 2-4-2 in coach, like the 330.
